Azure, support, helpdesk

Responsibilities:

Supporting the implementation team in terms of support for the Azure platform and other technologies 

Support for helpdesk systems and other systems at the client’s site

Leading a portion of implementations on the MS Azure platform

Active participation in company events (OSEC Forum, Barcamps, Webinars) and business meetings

Required qualifications and experience:

Experience in preparing environments in Azure, including systems based on virtual machines, app services and others

Knowledge of virtualisation and containerisation issues

Knowledge of environments based not only on Microsoft systems, but also on Linux, would be an advantage

English language level at least B2

Ability to market products from own experience

Working with documentation, ability to document the work of the technical team
